Helsan Development Co., LLC
The name, "Helsan" was chosen back in 1991, when Dean Gunderson and a partner purchased 40 acres of land in the Town of Polk to eventually develop into an industrial park. The name came from a combination of the two partners wives' names: Helen and Sandy. Helsan Inc. was established to develop the land into Helsan Business Park, a 13 lot commercial / industrial business park. In 1994, Dean Gunderson bought out his partner to gain exclusive ownership in the Business Park.
Eight years later, in 1997, Helsan Development Co., LLC was formed in place of Helsan Inc. to completely take over the development, management and marketing of the Business Park and all future development ventures. We, at Helsan, manage over 180,000 square feet of Lease Space in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Helsan Business Park was annexed and is now located in the Village of Richfield.
We work very closely with our tenants, to be sure their needs are constantly met. We have tenants that have been in our buildings up to 25 years! It shows our commitment to each and every tenant.
We, at Helsan Development are excited about our current endeavors and look forward to making a positive impact on the growth of this community.

We, at InterArt Industries Inc., have leased our office and warehouse space from Helsan Development for nearly 17 years. The industrial park is extremely well managed and has proven to be an excellent location for our operations. Helsan is a responsible and effective landlord that has remained continually flexible and cooperative to our business needs.
