As an example, we built a single tenant lease building for Wurth Adams in Endeavor Business Park, Richfield, Wisconsin. Wurth was a tenant in one of our buildings, leasing 11,350 square feet. As their business grew they expanded into the space next to them, taking over the entire building of 17,700 square feet. In the years following, they expanded yet again, taking over an additional 14,000 square feet in another building. Finally, we built a 55,000 square foot, brand new, Build-to-Suit Lease Building for them, based around their exact needs.
